Melissa Griffiths – Senior Project Manager

Recently relocating to Brisbane from Hong Kong, Melissa has held senior roles in the banking industry, including Global Head, Change Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager. At LawMaster, she is keen to use her skills to further improve the implementation process for clients, taking a very hands-on approach to managing deliverables. When she’s not at work, Melissa tends to head for the outdoors and loves hiking, camping and spending time with her two sons.

Jody Smith – Service Manager

Jody has spent most of her career working in the legal industry. She was thrilled to join our team having previously been a client of LawMaster for 15 years! As Client Support Officer, Jody will deliver support and solutions to optimise client experience from implementation right throughout their entire LawMaster journey. Priding herself on exceptional customer service, she works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and goals. On weekends, Jody loves wearing her active children out at either the beach or the local skate parks.

David Stephenson – Implementation Analyst

David has more than 15 years’ experience in IT, particularly in client training and data conversion. As our newest Implementation Analyst, David uses his strengths in data validation and SQL queries to improve outcomes and efficiencies for LawMaster clients. A proud father of two young girls, he can often be found attending dance competitions and club soccer matches on the weekends. When he does get a moment to himself, he’s most happy watching Formula 1 and dreaming of one day owning his own racing car.

Sally Belford – Digital Marketing Specialist

With dual qualifications in English Literature and Marketing, Sally adds digital marketing expertise to our team. She’s spent the last seven years honing her skills in the arts and not-for-profit sectors, and is excited to be stepping into a role that will allow her use her communication strengths for a technology firm. At LawMaster, Sally will develop high-quality content for social media, blogs and websites for both LawMaster and mattero that’s focused on engaging and building our audiences. Away from work, she enjoys yoga, walking her dogs and catching up with friends.
